Annual Parent Engagement Evaluation, 2023-2024
Dear Parents/Guardians:
The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather information on how well each school communicates with and engages parents/guardians. Please take a few minutes to complete this questionnaire based on your student's entire school year experience. Your feedback will be used to improve parent engagement activities. Suggestions on how we can better help our students at home or at school are welcome.
