Annual Parent Engagement Evaluation, 2025-2026
Dear Parents/Guardians:
The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather information on how well each school communicates with and engages parents/guardians. Each school is using PARENT SQUARE to send out this year’s annual Parent Evaluation. The Parent Evaluation is available to complete online using the link provided in the Parent Square notification. Paper copies are available at the school upon request in both English and Spanish.
Please take a few minutes to complete the questionnaire based on your student's entire school year experience. Your feedback will be used to improve parent engagement activities. Suggestions on how we can better help our students at home or at school are welcome. Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey by FRIDAY, MAY 1!!
