Not Just Students — Builders of the Future

LaRue County Schools is proud to announce that Hodgenville Elementary, Abraham Lincoln Elementary, LaRue County Middle School, and LaRue County High School have each been named a 2024–2025 National Beta School of Merit.

This prestigious honor is awarded only to Beta Clubs that include members from all eligible grade levels at their schools. This year, just 5,930 Beta Clubs across the country earned the recognition, which celebrates a school’s commitment to academic excellence, leadership development, and student service.

LaRue County Schools Superintendent Adryanne Warren shared her pride in the district’s achievement: “I could not be more proud of our Beta Club students across the district and their performance inside and outside of the classroom. This recognition confirms what we already know about them – they are dedicated to their studies and beyond that, they are genuinely curious about the world around them, fueled by a passion to grow in their knowledge in this season of their life as they prepare to put that knowledge to work to the benefit of their communities. The entire Hawk Family celebrates our Beta Club students!”

With more than 500,000 active members and 14,000 Beta Clubs nationwide and abroad, National Beta is the nation’s largest independent, nonprofit educational youth organization. The program promotes character and social responsibility, encourages service involvement, and fosters leadership skills.
• National Elementary Beta: grades 4–5
• National Junior Beta: grades 6–8
• National Senior Beta: grades 9–12

In a note of congratulations, National Beta CEO Bobby Hart praised the schools’ dedication:
“Thank you for your continued support of National Beta and commitment to developing future leaders!”
