Helpful Tool for LaRue County Schools Families

There is a lot to keep up with during the school year. Between grades, lunch menus, days off, forms and school events, parents may not always know where to look first.

One of the most helpful resources on the homepage is the school calendar. It gives families a look at holidays, breaks and other days when students will not be in school, making it easier to plan ahead.

It is important to remember, though, that the calendar can change during the year. Inclement weather and other unexpected events sometimes affect the school schedule, so it never hurts to check the website again before making plans.

The homepage also includes an “Our Schools” section with each school’s principal, address, phone number and office hours. If a parent needs to call the school or send something through the mail, that information is easy to find. Each school also has its own website with additional information.
